SERVICES
We move you toward your goals.
Industrial Employee Transportation
We deliver customized employee transportation services for LNG, petrochemical, mining, large commercial facilities, and offshore oil and gas service projects. USCC provides safe trips through a combination of well-maintained equipment and first-class drivers. Our corporate team offers more than 30 years of transportation management experience that keeps us focused on the best way to move you toward your goals.
Turnaround Shuttle Services
USCC delivers safe and reliable employee shuttle services for turnaround and milldown projects. We have taken our years of experience in the oil, gas, and mining employee transportation sector to develop shuttle operations that meet the needs of short-term turnarounds. Our shuttle service planners can create a project-specific proposal to help you minimize downtime and safely move your employees.
Emergency Transportation
We offer transportation services for emergency evacuations during national, state, county, or city events for small- and large-scale needs. USCC has a team and fleet available to meet immediate transportation demands for emergency, disaster, and evacuation purposes. We are there when clients need to immediately move people out of harm’s way when time is of the essence.
On-Site Shuttles
USCC provides clients with on-site shuttles, including last mile and campus, offering an on-time, reliable, and efficient service to move their employees as projects demand. We work closely with clients to develop and customize a transportation model that meets their specific travel needs, delivering a safe trip that alleviates on-site congestion.
Project Management
Implementation Plan
The success of every project begins before startup. USCC relies on detailed implementation plans that assign responsibilities and accountability, define key tasks and milestones, and account for challenges through pre-determined mitigation plans. This plan ensures that the project is deployed on time and to our client’s specifications.
Hiring
We screen candidates to ensure they are the most qualified to perform the work required. We conduct interviews, testing, and stringent background checks. By confirming candidates meet our qualifications requirements, we also reduce the likelihood of turnover, providing clients with a stable team of drivers to deliver this service.
Drug and Alcohol Policy
USCC is committed to the safety, health, and well-being of our passengers, team members, and the public. A critical component of our health and safety approach is a robust drug and alcohol program. USCC’s drug and alcohol program is consistent with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations.
Tools for Personnel Management
We use the Samsara and Seeing Machine Guardian system to monitor driver behavior in real-time. These systems work in concert to monitor and modify driver behavior. Live views of the service area and the location of all vehicles within it give us visibility into the performance of the service at any given moment and help to mitigate driver fatigue.
Fleet
Includes Temsa luxury coaches, which provide:
- All-season climate control
- Reading lights
- Restroom
- Interior and underfloor storage
- Samara GPS tracking system
- Seeing Machine safety system
Safety
Our comprehensive safety plan establishes hazard resolution mechanisms to guide local teams in safety processes and training initiatives. This plan also helps them identify and address any hazards associated with the transportation services operated by USCC. Weekly safety meetings and ongoing training prepare teams to deliver the safest service to your employees. We also establish a Safety Committee during startup to promote employee involvement in safety initiatives, which will meet regularly to discuss safety concerns, make recommendations, and implement improvements.
Maintenance
Delivering a safe service requires a focus on maintenance that keeps the fleet safe, presentable, and ready to transport employees. Our maintenance directors generate preventive maintenance schedules (PMIs) weekly from the maintenance management system to determine which inspections are due. Local teams closely follow PMI schedules that exceed manufacturer requirements. We maintain all repair and inspection records in compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate all required regulatory audits and inspections.
Quality Control
Our quality control program starts with the local operation, is led by a project manager, and is audited and monitored by our leadership team. This program includes:
- Road supervision audits
- Driver evaluations
- Dispatch monitoring
- Reporting and analysis
- Maintenance inspections
- Safety inspections
- Employee feedback program
